If we analyze Russia's actions, we can see that the maneuvers of this country do not leave any doubt that it is still really the old Soviet.

One example of it is the recent agreement between Communist Cuba government and Russia in Moscow giving the money to continue the construction of a nuclear power plant in Cienfuegos City located in south central Cuba. This electricity plant with the same construction characteristics of the Russian Chernobyl plant constitutes a real menace for the safety not only for the Cuban population, but to great part for the population of this country, the United States of America.

Si analizamos la forma como act�a Rusia, podemos ver que sus maniobras no dejan ninguna duda de que todav�a siguen actuando como la Uni�n Sovi�tica.

Para prueba, tomemos como ejemplo el reciente acuerdo entre el gobierno comunista de Cuba y Rusia. Mediante el acuerdo, Mosc� le dar� dinero a Cuba para continuar la construcci�n de la planta nuclear de Cienfuegos. Dicha planta nuclear est� situada en el centro sur de Cuba y tiene las mismas caracter�sticas de construcci�n que la de Chernobyl en Rusia, y por lo tanto, constituye una amenaza real para le seguridad, no s�lo de la poblaci�n cubana y centroamericana, sino tambi�n de gran parte de los habitantes de Estados Unidos.
